Data we collect

• Account information: name and email address
• Optional profile image
• User content: habits, tasks, completion history, and reminder preferences
• Purchase state: subscription status associated with your account
• Technical/service data required for authentication, storage, and app functionality

How we use data

• Authenticate your account
• Sync your habits, tasks, and progress
• Store profile information
• Enforce plan limits and subscription access
• Deliver reminders you configure
• Provide support and troubleshoot issues

Third-party services

Reflections uses Firebase Authentication, Firebase Firestore, Firebase Storage, and Apple App Store / StoreKit to operate core app functionality.

Retention and deletion

We retain account data while your account remains active. You can delete your account inside the app. Deleting your account removes the associated app data we control, subject to technical limitations and legal obligations.

Subscriptions

Subscription billing is handled by Apple. Deleting your Reflections account does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription. You must manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple App Store account settings.
